Description
The Onshore Limited Access module is designed to provide the minimum training required for participants to safely visit an onshore turbine and covers hazards, medical emergencies, fire emergencies and safety at height. After successfully completing the Onshore Limited Access module, participants will be able to visit onshore wind turbine environments. This must be done under the supervision of at least two persons in possession of a valid GWO certificate.

- Personal safety
- Theory working at height: relevant legal and legislative knowledge, personal protective equipment, forces, etc.
- Basic fall protection: putting on a seat belt, rules and practical applications regarding fall protection, workplace limitation and work positioning
- Emergency descent with a centrifugal device
- Fire recognition, fire progression
- Recognizing and using extinguishing agents
- Primary First Aid check
- Step-by-step plan for life-saving action
- Resuscitation with and without AED
